I am a Master's student working with Dr. Lisa Ellsworth in the FWCS department. My research focuses on the long-term impacts of fuel reduction treatments in the sagebrush steppe, how they interact with wildfire, and how they affect post-wildfire fuel accumulation and reburn potential. Additionally, I am working to determine how Landsat satellite imagery can be used to examine long-term and broad-scale effects of fuel reduction treatments across the Great Basin region.
