Cloud Storage at OSU
Oregon State University offers many different cloud storage locations: Microsoft One Drive, Google Drive, and Box.
Box
- Box offers Unlimited storage space.
- Files and folders can be uploaded to Box. From there they can be shared with collaborators.
- Using Box integration with Microsoft Office and Google Web Apps, files can be created and edited within the Box browser.

After you leave the university, files can be transferred to a personal account or your OSU Box account can be changed to a free account.
